"Jay, Jamie, and their crew were a DELIGHT to work with — from obtaining an estimate to completion of the project. The crew arrived promptly on the day they were scheduled to begin the installation and were very courteous and hard-working. The entire install was done over three days and looks very professional. In fact, two neighbors have inquired about our fencing, and I recommended Royal Fence without reservation. During the estimation process, we were trying to decide whether to go with wood privacy fencing or chain-link fencing with slats or privacy screening. We ultimately decided to do chain-link with top and bottom railing to make sure the dogs are as secure as possible. When I asked one of the crewmembers why they didn't install bottom railing, he replied that there was no request for bottom rails on their work order. I immediately called and emailed Jamie and Jay to ask if the requested bottom rails were included in the final estimate, as I am on a very strict budget for home repairs. Jamie replied that unfortunately, when the final contract was drawn up, our request for bottom railing was inadvertently left out, but they would make it right. I was so happy to get an email from her the following morning stating that they would include the bottom rails to my order for no extra charge, since that is what we initially talked about. Talk about great customer service! :-) I recommend Royal Fencing unreservedly to anyone in the Greater Kansas City area who is looking for top-quality, yet affordable fencing!"

"Shawn and his crew were very willing to listen to and accommodate the many HOA requirements for the replacement of a condo patio fence. It was a relatively small job in the grand scheme of things yet they were willing to take it on. There were a few wood rot surprises encountered during the demo phase and those were repaired swiftly and economically. The crew was very efficient with the fence installation and clean up. "Quality work with quality materials. Posts set in concrete mixed on site, not in hole. Wood was straight and none warped. 3 gates and fences was hand built. Everything agreed upon prior to installation was accomplished in 3 working days. They had to cut through roots and rocks to set posts. Although inground sprinkler lines were cut they repaired them at minimal cost. Love the fence and my dogs do, too. Great job!"
