Communications was great and he came up with a landscape design that corrected a lot of poor landscaping in the past and dramatically improved drainage, safety and curb appeal of the house. His crew managed to do all the work in a single day. They knocked down old hardscape, regraded, added a boulder retaining wall and huge stepping stones to create an inviting walkway to the front door. New perimeter plantings and anchor trees really frame the house and increased its value far above the cost of the project."

I just want to put topsoil and sod back in place to help revitalize it. There is a medium size oak tree (approx 9 years old) that has recently had some lower limbs removed so we are hoping this will help as well. I just need a ball park estimate per sq ft or whatever is the unit of measurement. It is bermuda sod per subdivision covenants.
