"The installation of the door was done well; however, the work area was not adequately protected (no floor protection) and a crowbar was dropped on my new hardwood floor and put a gash in the floor. There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. Yes I would use them again but I would confirm everything with the installers before the start and I would make sure they prep the area to protect the property."

"Mr. castle is expert worker. I was very please with his problem solving and hard work. He is a very nice man. I will hire him again, and recommend to anyone."

"Very pleased with the new storm door. Interaction with the owner over the phone and via email was courteous and efficient. Installers were friendly and did excellent work. The door provided is high quality."

"We hired ROI Construction for replacement windows and were satisfied overall. They were open to price negotiation (we had competing bids) and flexible on scope, we added shutters at a reasonable cost. One install issue came up, but they resolved it within a couple weeks. Communication was steady throughout. Would definitely consider working with them again."

"Tom really Did a great job on replacing our windows & doors after over 3 yrs they look brand new,but more importantly the quality of the install I feel is just as important as the windows themselves. Itâ s very noticeable on saving on my utility costs. My wife still comments on how much quieter it inside our home Well done A-Team"

"My garage door?s cable/spring broke. I called ABC garage door and they arranged for a technician, Danny Sligo, to make an assessment and have it fixed. He did an outstanding work, quickly and clean. He explained what he was going to do and completed the work in 30 minutes. Highly recommended."

"Keith was extremely easy to work with. Unlike a lot of places that try to sell windows/doors, he was very low pressure and didn't need to take 3 hours of our time to sell us on the products he offers. He was very straight-forward, professional and personable. Before accepting final payment, he came out to make sure everything was installed correctly and we were happy with the work. Raul and his team who did the actual install did a fantastic job as well. We will definitely go back to them for any other work we may need done in the future."
