"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"Our house has a series of outlets that daisy-chain connections. One in particular has kept burning out, and takes the remaining outlets in its chain with it. "I recently moved back to the USA from overseas and had a lot of personal effects in boxes, in storage. When the 3.5 tons of storage was delivered to Chapel Hill, NC, and put in my garage and apartment, Sweeps sent two young men to help me move boxes, unpack, redistribute and on three occasions, bring many boxes of books to the local library. The young men also helped move some furniture in the apartment, replaced bulbs in overhead lights and performed some other small chores. The two young men were exceptionally helpful, punctual and pleasant to deal with. Sweeps management was also very concerned that everything went well. The hourly rate charged and total amount that I paid for assistance over several days was, in my opinion, fair to the men, to Sweeps management and to me. They came on different dates and stayed for half-days or full-days and helped me until my garage was cleared out, boxes removed and other items hauled away.
