"Larry Wallace from Carolina Tree Service has my highest recommendation. He and his son removed seven trees from around my house and garage. Nothing was damaged, and he cleaned up the area perfectly afterward. He tool the initiative to call me multiple times to arrange the service, and arrived promptly as a true professional should. He was extremely polite, especially to my young children (my little girl was not happy he had to cut down her swing tree). "After 3 prior estimates, Steve came out to give me his estimate. He provided feedback on the condition of the roof saying "You have 3 to 5 years remaining life with these shingles". That right there told me I had the right guy for the job. Steve and his crew at Tip Top Roofing did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. Workers were on time, professional, diligent, courteous and even took the time to put our things back in place. After stripping 2 layers of shingles a few of the underlying boards required replacement. My many questions were quickly answered by several crew members. My wife is very pleased with the way the new roof turned out. Last thing I'll say is get several quotes, then get a Tip Top Roofing quote."

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

"I called Brandon's Gutter Service on a Thursday, asking for an estimate on cleaning the gutters on our home (2 story home with a basement garage - so one side is 3 stories high). He immediately gave me a price over the phone once I described the house, and told me he had a job not far from our home the next day and asked if he'd like for me to schedule us in. I also previously spoke with another contractor that was willing to give quote, but ultimately wasn't interested in performing the work due to the height/pitch. Since I already sort of had an idea of what we may be talking about price wise, and since Brandon will able to perform the job the next day, I scheduled him to come. Two guys showed up, they were polite & professional. They quickly got to work, even replacing a few screws in our downspouts. The completed the work as promised and cleaned up afterwards. Their price was as quoted. We were very pleased. The icing on the cake was that yesterday (2 business days after they did the work), I received a thank you in the mail from Brandon's Gutter Service with a business card. Classy move. I'd definitely call them again and recommend them to others.
