As a customer looking for tree work, here are just a few personal concerns I have with Strobert compared to other businesses (can?t speak on some of the worst ones here): - insanely high pricing, 3x to 4x what many other companies price for the same work/service - poor customer experience based on my experience from working here, witnessed 100% turnover, making it rare to have trained/educated support, leading to poor customer svc - unethical behaviors (won?t list them all), but for ie: promoting discounts, but never actually providing a discount, prices are raised to offset discount"

My goal was to have the tree cut completely down. Tony and crew were able to come out the next day. It was very impressive to see the job completed in one day.
