A 3-foot graden was also installed around the patio to add privacy and beauty. Frank Bergin, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to come up with various options, clearly explaining each. His crew was friendly and accommodating. More importantly, they were precise in their work and paid strict attention to detail. They did an spectacular job. Frank was in at the site each day to check on the progress of the work and seemed to have an excellent rapport with his workers. I could not have asked for better customer service. I now have neighbors all around me commenting on the gorgeous patio I have. I am pleased beyond words and would highly recommend Bergin Property Management to anyone."

"This is my second review of work performed by Rock 'n Gardens. Our first project—a large walkway/patio/entry installation--was so successful that we contracted for a short matching walkway to the front door with the leftover stone. The design challenge in this second project was to artfully tie the new work into three massive existing stone slabs so that the walkway would complement the scale of the existing slabs while not overwhelming the front of the house. Once again, we are delighted with the finished job. As with our first experience, professionalism, communication, and timeliness throughout this project were top notch. In fact, with a cold snap predicted, the Rock 'n Gardens crew, on their own initiative, arranged to finish the installation on a Saturday before the bad weather hit. That's above and beyond in my book. When we are ready for more stonework, we will definitely be calling Rock 'n Gardens."

The old steps were taken off and the stone steps were put on. They really give a new look to the house. My neighbors gave me complements on the work."

"I hired Augustus Landscaping and Design to repair the front paver stairs at my home after the existing steps had become cracked, uneven, and unsafe over time. My goal was to restore them safely without doing a complete rebuild. The finished stairs look solid, level, and safe to use again, and the overall cost was significantly lower than several full replacement estimates I received from other companies. As with many older repair projects, additional issues were discovered once the stairs were opened up, but the work was completed and the original safety concerns were addressed. Communication was straightforward and the project had more of a practical repair approach rather than a large construction-company process, which worked fine for the type of job I needed completed. Overall, I appreciated that Augustus Landscaping and Design was willing to take on a repair project that other contractors either priced extremely high or did not follow through on."

"Anton was easy to work with. Sent email on a Sunday. He called in five minutes and came that afternoon to look at the job. Replaced baseboard in four bedrooms and repaired a hole in the ceiling. All work was completed in two days starting that Monday. The carpenter that did the baseboards (I think his name is John) was great, neat and did a wonderful job. I will definately call Anton again. "We have used Fanny to maintain our property for several years. Prior to using Fanny, we had tried several other landscaping companies, with all of whom we had problems, such as being billed for work not done, billing the same work twice, not doing the work in the manner we requested (eg, we asked one landscaper to trim the ends of a tree's branches but instead of trimming the landscaper simply removed the branches in their entirety), charging more than the agreed upon price even though the work hadn't changed, and not responding to phone calls. When we first hired Fanny, because of our prior experiences with other landscapers, we kept close watch on the work.
