"We couldn't be happier with Dave's overhaul of our fireplace. His attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. We feel so lucky to have found him after another contractor flaked out on us. He came to the rescue & did whatever it took to get the job done on time and on budget. He is highly skilled and capable. Several times during the job he suggested things that would enhance the finished product. In doing so he created more work for himself. These upgrades probably added a full day of additional work. He didn't change the cost for the job, he just wants his customers to be happy. His attention to detail and cleanliness blew our minds. He spent a full day getting the room taped off to prevent dust from spreading throughout the house. A full day!?!? And it paid off when the work was done...we're not even hiring a cleaner. More than anything Dave's got a good heart, my wife and I genuinely enjoyed meeting and working with him. (Note: no AI was used in writing this review!)"

He also pointed out some preventative maintenance work we could do as an add-on and gave us options to break up the work if we didn’t want to complete all in one time. "Contacted Mark within 3 days he was at my home and providing a detailed quote. Might seem small but he was the only one out of 4 contractors who actually measured the space to provide an accurate and detailed estimate. He while discussing what I wanted with me made many recommendations and even mentioned ways to get the job done but at a lower cost. He had the estimate to me within 2 days and it was super detailed and broken down with 3 different ways to complete it. He was on time daily as was his crew. Work areas were cleaned daily. He closed up a broken window for us, redid a dirt floor with drainage and concrete, repointed and waterproofed our basement foundation, ripped out and fully replaced basement access stairs. He even noticed a window that was broken we didn’t and closed it up for no charge. He added a drain to the exterior steps at no charge wasn’t in contract he just knew it was needed, the steps he replaced had asphalt around them and he even repaired the asphalt at no c"
