They leveled the joist by shimming the tops of several cinder block posts and installing a pair permanent of steel posts under a section of joist the previous owner had cut in two."

We had a partially demoed bathroom. We needed DRYWALL repair to match existing plaster, prime and PAINTING, a transition from wood floor to tile ( as the previous contractor had left this unfinished), installed PLUMBING fixtures including having to replace part of the waste pipe due to old cast iron and old flange not meeting floor any more ( previous contractor). While here he also performed several HANDYMAN/ Carpentry services for me including constructing a door to our crawlspace, a metal roof to protect our tankless water heater mounted outside, and fixed our gate. He also removed and installed a second toilet in the master bath. A HUGE thank you to Jessie for finishing our project Also, we need a set of handicapped bars for the toilet adapted as the store bought dimensions did not work for our existing floor plan ( too wide). Jessie was able to source it to a welder for us. It is perfect and was very affordable. Made all the difference in making the bathroom functional for our daughter, who is a wheelchair user"

"Communication on the front end was a little tricky - I would call him rather than use Angie's List to write to him. Overall we were exceptionally pleased. Great guy. Has a helper for 2-man work. Cost to do everything (including running around for components) was less than we were quoted for a basketball installation crew to show up and do the install after we did all the running around to get things ready for them. My son says the hoop is more sturdy than it ever was before."
