Service was performed, and a few days later the appropriate documentation for the valve testing arrived along with the invoice. Tendercare is a well ran business. They installed my sprinkler system 4 years ago, and I've never had a problem with it. They even came back and raised up some of the valve boxes after they settled. They stand behind their work."

"These guys are excellent.  They give a 2 hour window (instead of 4 hour like most services), always call ahead, and their estimates in terms of arrival time, completion time, and expected price end up being very accurate. They are polite, professional, and provide both information and rationale as to their pricing up front - they wanted to make sure that I knew I would be paying for labor as well as the removal, for example. <br /> This brick oven structure had been an eyesore that rendered a large corner of the yard unusable since we moved in.  A friend and I had attempted to break it apart with meager tools a few years ago and gave up at that time because I was starting grad school.  I estimate that right now, if I had not had Junk Pro come out, it would have cost me two days of labor (half a day researching and buying things, and a day and a half of labor), 2 friends, 2 rubble transportation favors, 170$ in tools and supplies, 30$ to pay to "dump" the rubble, and probably another 8 hrs of lost productivity from muscle pain and exhaustion.  Instead, I ate breakfast, called my mom, talked to my wife, stretched my neck, and then they were done - about 1 hr.  Completely worth it absolutely no regrets.  <br /> Their truck is very large and you pay by the percent filled - this project cost more because of the labor and the "dense fill" rubble. We have used them for getting rid of a few other large items (non-rubble) from inside the house and 30% of their truck fits an absolute  ton of stuff.  And of course, unlike Bagster, they will come in and get your stuff and lift it out.  On that stuff I was prepared for a few wall bumps or scuffs (for a big unwieldy oak entertainment center from the basement up the stairs, for example) but I was pleasantly surprised that there was no issues at all.  These guys are intensely interested in making customers happy and I would recommend them highly.  <br /> <br />"

"We're so far happy with them. They were very courteous and they did a timely job. They had some issues because of the weather. It was basically a drainage issue. As far we know, it's been taken cared of. It's not a problem. They did a good job as far as we can tell."

"Jonathan was great! He was earlier than the time quoted and contacted me to see if that would work. He inspected the attic in regards to the fireplace, cleaned the fireplace and chimney. Video inspected the flue. Checked for gas leaks. Inspected the outside and roof of the chimney. Went over report with me and made recommendations. Report was easy to read and understand. I had the report in my email before he left! Jonathan answered all my questions and was friendly. He cleaned up and brought equipment needed. I would hire again, especially with their response time. Inquired on Sunday and appointment on Tuesday!!!"
