"The in-store experience was very pleasant and professional. The planning of the trees went well. Just not too sure about their guarantee. One of the trees I had purchased appeared to be dying. I contacted them less than a month later and they sent out someone to look at my tree. The leaves were starting to die And we're turning brown and crispy. I was told I was watering it incorrectly. And it would snap out of it. The other tree is doing great. I'll just have to wait and see if the tree does snap out of it. All the rain we've had it should be watered deeply. I even paid for the special fertilizer that they had recommended. I am concerned that if the tree continues to die That they would not agree to replant the new tree that I have a guarantee on. The guarantee only applies the tree itself it does not apply to the labor to plant it. I was not aware of that. Problems with the new tree after such a short period time I would think that they would agree to replant a new tree. I guess I'm going to follow their advice and go buy the gator bag. The main reason I dealt with a reputable business that dealt strictly with plants was in case there was any problem with the health of the tree. Next time I think I will just go to Walmart or menards <br />"

"Chris was friendly and got to work right away.  I did ask for a estimate to wire up some security lighting.  I do not have the security lighting yet but described to him how I wanted to install it and that all I needed them to do was wire it up.  He understood and provided a respectable estimate.  I will use this company again."

Tall weeds had been removed and my grass cut for $30.    <br />    Next, I asked for an estimate on cutting and removing small trees, shrubs, 5-ft tall grass along 3 fence lines. There was also some miscellaneous trash , a tire and concrete fragments.  Nathan did an excellent job for the agreed upon amount of $150. <br />    Over the last 5 years, I've hired people from the newspaper and Craigs List but no one has been as reliable,trustworthy or good as Nathan."
