"Ed and his team at Maksim Roofing did a wonderful job for us. We have a flat roof that also serves as a deck above an enclosed room that had been added on to the original house. The roof/deck was deteriorating and unsafe. I contacted more than 20 contractors over a two year period, many of whom didn’t want to take on the job due to all the uncertainties, others who told me that the only option was to completely rebuild the entire addition, some who never responded to my inquiry at all. After leaving a message for Ed, I got a return call the same day, and he came to the house two days later. He proposed a solution that he described in detail and he also described his team’s experience with similar structures. I got a formal quote two days later. The project has been completed and we are very happy with the outcome. Every step of the process was conducted promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. We feel very fortunate to have found Maksim Roofing."

"Prince Roofing responded immediately to my call and was out the next day to see what was causing our leak. He took pictures or what needed repaired and pictures throughout the repairs being done. Cost was more than reasonable and have their information stored for next time. After a recent heavy rain caused by Hurricane Helene, the work completed saved us from anymore leaks. You definitely want this company for any roof issues you may have."

"Mr Becker was a pleasure to work with. He said sealing our leaking skylight was all that was needed because of the type of skylight it is. Service was prompt: he came to give us an estimate the 2nd business day after I called, and he sealed that skylight, and 2 others that had not leaked, for a very reasonable price. Proof of the job came the next day when we had very heavy rain for a few hours. No leak! I would hire his company again if I need skylight replacement or a new roof."

"When Home Genius knocked on my door I wasn't even considering getting a new roof because I figured I couldn't afford quality work and I wasn't willing to have someone get up there for cheap who was just going to mess things up or cause my work down the line. I had this big hole in my daughter's room and some leakage around my chimney and the roof on my house hadn't been replaced or repaired in maybe fifteen years. Anyway, now sitting at my roof and looking at the work they did and how willing they were to work with my financial situation I feel like one of those people on HGTV. It was like winning a sweepstakes. I also had this terrible solar panel situation from a solar company who went bankrupt but they went far and beyond the extra mile to help me accommodate me in this regard as well. I'm just super hyped and I feel like I have a major burden lifted off my shoulders. Just amazing work combined with amazing customer service."

"I would definately recommend them and will use them again, They want to please the customer and met all my concerns plus."

"Everything was repaired very well and works. Looks great!"

"After a severe storm caused some of our cement board siding to come loose and fall off, America’s Skyline Roofing responded quickly and professionally. Their team assessed the damage, replaced the affected boards, and even painted them to perfectly match the existing siding, all in a remarkably short timeframe. What impressed us most was that they went above and beyond the original repair. They took the initiative to secure additional loose siding around the house and completely eliminated a rattling noise we had been hearing for years. The crew was knowledgeable, responsive, and took great pride in their work. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend America’s Skyline Roofing to anyone in need of quality exterior repairs."

"It went very well, Stephen Collier the sales rep was very nice. He knew exactly what we wanted done. The install team was great! They had it torn off in no time. We needed a couple sheets of plywood replaced , then the shingles put down. My husband very picky about things like this, and he was very happy with the work. We would highly recommend."

"Fusion Roofing was punctual for both our appointment for an estimate and also for work. Their quote for high quality shingle was by far the best of the four estimates we received. They were also promptly responded to emails and phone calls. There were a few glitches - ensuring contract had selected shingle color, placement of vents, and the gutter guard sub contractor. However, Fusion responded promptly, appropriately, and patiently to each concern. While it would be nice not to have any challenges, the fact that they were so responsive and quickly rectified each concern was reassuring and the reason we would hire again. It would be hard to beat their pricing and customer responsiveness. It was clear that the number one priority was customer satisfaction."

"I have used Advantage roofing for smaller issues over the past ten years and have been happy with their work. Even so, I still got other estimates when it came time to replacing my roof. I decided to go with Advantage again because of their prompt responsiveness, professionalism, and fair pricing. They were upfront and honest so there would be no surprises. They arrived on the scheduled day and did a great job on the roof replacement, Everything was cleaned up nicely. The gutters and gutter guards were replaced at a later date due to their workload, but I was made aware of this from the beginning. They were replaced and they look and work great. I'm extremely happy with my experience and with the outcome of the work. The owner, Tim Mallory, will personally check on the work. Jonna and Scott were also great to work with. I highly recommend Advantage Roofing if you are needing a new roof and gutters."
