The job was quality work, and they spent a lot of time making sure the yard was cleaned of nails and other debris before leaving. Additionally, about two weeks after the roof was complete I had someone from a painting company out to bid on repainting my windows and exterior doors. The estimator pointed out a very small area of siding damage on the top floor that I hadn't noticed. I took a photo of the damage, emailed it to my contact at the White Castle Someone from White Castle was out the following day to measure and arrange to replace the small area of damage. They stand behind their work!"

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"<p> My husband is used to being a "DYI'er" but now that he is on spinal fusion #2, he is having to "let go" and let other people complete repairs.  He is an engineer and very selective about who works on our home.  We plan to hire Neemann and Sons to complete the recommended repairs in the fall (although I was secretly hoping our ugly roof would need to be replaced, but one day, the ho-hum industrial black is going away!).  We are loyal to the providers who do excellent work and are willing to work with us and I would give Neemann and Sons the first opportunity to provide an estimate for a new roof when the time comes....</p> <br />"
