"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "As stated work began on time and proceeded to go very smoothly. After trimming the old shingles off and installing the wooden strips, the moisture barrier was installed. Then the metal sheeting was installed. all cutting was done using proper tools so that no rust or corrosion would develope. Upon completion my satalite dish eas reinstalled by the company so that there would be no leaks from there. Last week 10/16/09 I called because of a proble with my facilal board. It turned out not to be anything they were respnsible for , but they fixed the problem for no charge. The overall service, cost and all other factors were very commendable."
