"The work was completed quickly and on-time. Glenn's crew arrived when they said they would and worked continuously for 3 1/2 days to replace 42 squares of roofing, 400 SF of low-slope EPDM roofing, and re-flash a chimney, 4 large skylights, and 2 second floor dormers. They installed an OSB radiant heat barrier substrate over the existing spaced sheathing to reduce attic temperatures in the summer, and removed and reinstalled our metal gutter guards on the gutters. We received 5 proposals for the work and they were significantly less expensive than 3 of them, and about the same cost as the other one. During the proposal process we learned Brewster had reroofed two friends homes in the past and they were very pleased with Brewster's work. We also are very pleased with their work and would heartily recommend them to anyone."

"The team did an amazing job. From start to finish of the project for the whole house siding replacement using James Hardie, a new window, new gutter, and a stone front porch. The siding color is Evening Blue. Dalton is super easy to work with and just a phone call away and text and you will get a response immediately. I'm not sure how he manage his schedule but every morning he stopped by and even during noon and/or afternoon and he's a hands-on and knows every detail of the project. I even learn stuff from him. I have multiple contractor/vendor provided a quote and most of them only show the total amount and feel like some hidden fee and you have to pay upfront before even the project started or even the materials delivered and also the other contrator were expensive. First I was worried about this whole house siding project but after seeing the Sure Point warranty vs the other provider written warranty and plus Dalton explanation in layman term way like the way I understand it, so I choose Sure Point. It's great to talk to someone that knows what they're doing. Overall, the workmanship of Sure Point is superior quality. I took a timelapse from before and after. They even replaced those wood rot without addtional cost. Before the team leave for the day, they will make sure that your yard is clean and no debris. This is the biggest house project ever had since we moved. See for yourself on the picture that I have attached."

"Willis, from Lutz came to the house and gave me a quote to hook up three faucets and raise one of the waste lines which was too low on the cabinet. He stated that it would take three hours to do the whole job and that Lutz management wanted to charge me 1,000+ for the whole thing. 3 hours worth of work at more that 325.00 and hour. And I’m a member on their loyalty to boot which was 100.00. And that price was with a %15 discount."

"We found Farm and Home at the KC Home show. We needed siding and windows. John came out and gave us a quote for both. We had interviewed 3 other companies and found they didn't know as much or were mush higher priced. John had extensive knowledge and answered all our questions. They installed the siding first and the windows were installed a couple of weeks later. The installation teams did a great job. They were respectful and cleaned everything up each night. I called John a couple of times with questions and he called me right back the same day. The installer found an issue with something under the old siding, and went to the hardware store, got what he needed, and repaired it. No additional charge to us. I had a question about the hole plugs in the windows so I called the main number and the call was answered right away and resolved. This has been a great experience start to finish. "I payed a 50% deposit for the cost of my roof in mid September. It is now December with no roof replaced. I can't get any responses via email. When I try to call the office, it says the number is disconnected. When I call Aaron on his work phone I get no answer, only messages saying he'll call back ASAP. He never calls back. I can't recommend business with this company until they improve on their communications and actually replace my roof. I'll update and change my review if that happens."

"I always call Bill West Roofing for every roofing question. Recently I expanded my attic space. I noticed water stains in the the attic and called Bill West Roofing. They sent there guy to check it and he noted several areas around vents that needed some caulking, and even found a few nail pop's that must have been causing some issues because it caulked those as well and haven't had any issues. They also advise how much life is left and recommend when I may need to replace the roof, so we were saving now. DON'T USE JUST ANYONE!!! The roofing industry storm chasers, fly by night company (NOT Bill West Roofing) have already affected Insurance companies and insurance isn't covering roof claims now because of the non-necessary roof replacements. I ALWAYS go with Bill West Roofing recommendations."
