Charged me what they quoted. This is how a business is supposed to work. They did what they said they would do. Period. It was refreshing to work with them. This is so very-very rare in northern va. I met with a lot of companies who quoted me outrageous prices and couldn't answer their phones or email- Couldn't schedule appointments, and just couldn't get out of their own way to run a business. "Great job sealing an asphalt driveway that had been neglected for over 10 years. Driveway over 200 feet long W parking spaces and required patching two large holes (after 3 months it still looks new—no degradation). Once the first coat was applied the driveway absorbed and needed another coat to give a solid seal. Cooper gave my driveway a couple more years before I need to rip and replace. (I had several estimates and all agreed the driveway would sooner than later require total replacement. Cooper was very honest w their assessment too but I needed time ... this seal will do the job). Appreciate their honesty. I had 5 other neighbors use Cooper that week and all are happy w the price and quality. One neighbor had Cooper rip out his driveway and replace. They are happy too."

"Fantastic. Juan Carlos Cruz and his son were timely, very professional and had great attitudes. They told me the specific supplies that I needed to purchase for them to work this project. They plastered & painted the walls and ceilings in two bathrooms. They also painted both bath tubs. They installed linoleum in both bathrooms. It all looks great! For some reason when I went to Home Depot to purchase the linoleum, I had not given thought about the 12 ft wide linoleum being able to fit in my Ford Focus automobile. Juan and his son agreed to meet me at Home Depot the next morning, so that they could bring the linoleum to my condominium in their work van along with some additional supplies that I needed. I wish that I had done this sooner. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for another project."
