"The owner Andrei of Mid-Atlantic Roofing & Siding came out and I explained to him what happened and he said he needed to go up on the roof after I showed him in the house where it was leaking. Andrei asked me if I would go on the roof so he could show me what was wrong. Go to find out that the person that did our roof 6 years ago didn't do the flat roof correctly and didn't use the correct material. Andrei explained everything that he needed to do to fix the leak. I also asked Andrei to look at our chimney where we were told we needed the cement on the top of the chimney repaired and go to find out that it was cracked in 5 places along with flashing work they did that was not correctly installed. Andrei fixed the roof leak along with sealing the cement on the top of the chimney. I would recommend Mid-Atlantic Roofing & Siding to any one that needs there roof repaired or replaced."

They called me again that next morning to tell me they could come earlier than the appointment and we agreed to it. The guy said he's been doing this for 44 years. He quickly identified the issue, gave an estimate of $300. He replaced the clamps, raised the needed side 1", cleaned out that gutter, and the gutter below it for no extra charge. He originally said it would take about an hour and did so. He offered aluminum gutter guards around my upper roof for $1300. Wasn't pushy about that, gave me a pamphlet about it, made sure I was satisfied and was on his way. I highly recommend hiring them."
