"*****Standard Heating, Cooling and Plumbing does NOT know how to program a thermostat. I purchased a new air conditioning unit from this company and within 30 days it broke. They came out to fix it and apparently "fixed" the issue, but 2 days later it broke again. The new story is they didn't program the thermostat correction. Please think twice before spending a huge amount of money on a new air conditioning system install with a company that doesn't even know how to program a thermostat."

"No one answers the phone or returns calls or emails. 2 days. We have a unit u Der warranty with Freedom. Keeps breaking. Unit just a xouple of years old. Have to beg them to come fix it 2 years in a row now. They are the absolute worst company."

"This is the worst company there bad from the top to the bottom owner Jeff Franklin this man is a liar a d a crook this company did a install at my and damaged more than they fixed charged for parts not provided and work not and Mr Franklin said he stands behind their work but he will not this will steal form and when something goes wrong with there subpar work you are on your own"
