"Present himself with the name West. West came into the house handed right away the magnetic flyer. we introduce ourselves Minerva & Andrew Lorenzen. We showed him what we wanted down in the basement, talked about the electrical project then me and my husband when back up to living room. A few minutes later he comes up and talked way to much about it. he started talking about price about $15,000. We tool him that does not meet our budget so he says I will talk off $1000 so final amount will $14,000. He says how much can you give; it should be half of the project amount. We felt that we were pressured into making a decision. We told him we didn't have much at hand at the moment. We give you $500 dollar to hold the project. We told we just opened a new bank account and that we didn't have any checks available. He says to Zelle him $500.00 to process payment thru with real name given & personal phone number. We mention in the beginning that we in the processes of refinancing. He says coming over Wednesday. While me & my husband analyze what we want to do, we decided to wait until our refinancing is done. I contacted him 3 to 4 days to let him know that what decision regarding project he very upset about it, and I say I am requesting to refund the 500 dollars he says I have 2 kids. I have nothing to do with it. He said he was not able to return our money I told you scam. I say I used Angi before, but I didn't have a problem. I am requesting to solve this issue and get my money back."

"I called 5 different electricians and no one would call me back. I'm assuming that is because my house is 124 years old. I was given their business card from an employee at Lowes in Warsaw. They came out and connected all three circuits that I had already installed into the circuit breaker box. They were very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They did a very good job and picked up all the trash. They offered to come back and do other electrical work for me. I strongly recommend this company that is willing to actually do work. They were extremely reasonable price wise. I was charged $150.00 to connect all three circuits to the circuit breaker box. Quite a Blessing!!"

"Radu the owner is fabulous to work with. He is straight forward and does an excellent job. He fit me in when he wasn't going to have an opening for two weeks as he was able to juggle his schedule. He did a 100 percent wire upgrade from 100amp to 200amp. He followed up with AEP to make sure they came out to do their part. We did not have to do anything but write a check when he was done. Note that he also installed a transfer switch for our portable generator. The entire job is 100% professional. We hired another crew from HA a few weeks before to do smaller electrical work. So we know good quality with Radu and we know who not to hire with the previous. Hire this company. Tops by farð"

I personally am not a big fan of service fees that are not then absorbed or offset with work that is done, but to be fair as well, it is not uncommon either. I did appreciate the communication and quality of work done, and his knowledge of my hot tub (and just with respect to hot tubs in general) was evident."
