"Outstanding Customer Service in this day & age. They actually made a timely repair appointment & arrived on time. The competitor who installed the fence was so busy, the earliest they could come out & fix the damage, was 45 days later. The competitor said, just tie your dog up for 45 days. Ya right. This company will be doing all of our dog fence work going forward, along with all 200 neighbors who have dogs in our neighborhood. Great, friendly & knowledgeable service tech, Aaron, who fixed our damaged electric fence. Great to work with a local company, instead of a National scheduler from a state 2,000 miles away. Thanks Dog Guard."

"My old wood border fence was rotted in a few places and fell over last winter. I decided i wanted a replacement and got some bids for replacing it with chain link. North star impressed me by answering my questions about the different fencing materials available as well as how sturdy they were. From that conversation I decided on black vinyl chain link, and their bid was the most competitive with a great warranty. The fence was installed a month and a half later and the quality is amazing."

"We hired them to custom build a fence in our backyard, to match our neighbor's fence in design and style. When digging the post holes, they managed to break a piece of our house siding off. Furthermore, many post holes were dug on our neighbor's property (despite surveyor's stakes) and had to be removed and reinstalled. Things didn't get better as the project progressed. First, despite assuring us they would be able to match our neighbor's fence, the fence they built was a foot shorter and the custom design was very poorly executed. After negotiations, we ended up with a nice fence as long as you don't know it is supposed to match the neighbors. The office staff were always very pleasant and professional. They paid for and coordinated repairing our siding. Overall though, we would not use this company again. <br /> <br />"

"Communication was excellent. All calls and emails were answered in a timely manner. Very clear communication of what to do to prepare for the service and arrival time. Adam arrived on time and went right to work. He was conscientious about the exisitng plants and patio furniture in the yard. He covered the house and neighbors garage with plastic to contain any over spray. Teh fence is only a year old so I was surprised to see how dirty it actually was! After cleaning and rinsing the fence looked AMAZING! A few days later, after the fence dried, Adam returned to stain. Again he was very meticulous and performed the job in an efficient and timely manner. (The owner, Barack, recommended the stain color and it was PERFECT!!) When they were finished with the job, everything was left as it was before they started. All patio furniture was even put back in place. <br /> We love the job Adam did and would hire this company again in a heart beat. <br /> THANK YOU Barack, Adam and the entire team at NEW AGAIN DECK RENEWAL! <br /> <br />"
