As an engineer myself, I even consulted colleagues who specialize in retaining walls, and none of them could match Rob’s pricing or turnaround time. On September 29, they removed all the the old asphalt, did dig the ground and ran several trench PVC pipes & did dig one 5 ft drain holes connect four of the seven PVC pipes and another 3 ft hole to connect the other 3 PVC drain pipes. Lay down gravels with sand cement, gravel rock with cement, leveled the grounds & graded for rain water to run away from the house whenever it rains. Then Lay down the asphalt. We are very please with J&J's service. Customer service skills, courtesy and Manuel did take time to discuss the whole process & answered all questions. I selected J&J Paving because the proposal was very detailed & explained the steps about the project. The other contractors did not provide a good proposal and some of them took too long to provide a proposal. I already recommended J&J/Manny Paving to three of my neighbors."
