"Better than we could have ever imagined. Not only did Landscape Impressions install a beautiful walkway they repaired a patio they installed for us 20 years ago! The crew noticed a rotten tree trunk had caused the corner of the patio to sink - so they repaired it without us even asking them to do so. Now that’s SERVICE! "I was looking for a competent landscaper to remove, repair, and rebuild an existing patio which was falling apart around the edges and had weeds coming up through the pavers. I contacted Frank Bergin whose team of workers (Angel, Junior, Orlando, Ruben, and Rorlando) I had observed installing a neighbor’s patio.. I decided to hire them to restore my patio and I am extremely pleased with their workmanship and end result, They worked non-stop (except for lunch) on one of the hottest days all summer! "The work turned out great. The joints are tight and lined up well. The corners were curved to add a nice touch so the pavers had to be cut along with cutting the smaller brick border bricks. I had about a 2 foot slope of land under the patio and a large slope for the path and step area. This work was done by 4 guys over two hot July days. The bobcat helped dig and rough level it. A lot of material was moved around along with at least 4 pallets of pavers and the blocks for the steps. To finish it off, they put down top soil, grass seed and hay was placed down to finish the job off very well."

My goal was to restore them safely without doing a complete rebuild. The finished stairs look solid, level, and safe to use again, and the overall cost was significantly lower than several full replacement estimates I received from other companies. As with many older repair projects, additional issues were discovered once the stairs were opened up, but the work was completed and the original safety concerns were addressed. This gentleman has the heart of a teacher, along with a love of creating something functional and beautiful. He explained every step of the way what was needed for our retaining wall, and how a retaining wall functions; grading, drainage, equipment needed, etc. The gentleman in his crew worked tirelessly. He went above and beyond to work with us, especially since in digging they hit shale, which was a complete headache for them, and meant the job would take longer. Yes, it did mean that the job would cost more because you can't build a wall on shale, but Rob had thoroughly discussed with us ahead of time that you never know what you are going to find when you dig so we were definitely OK with having to deal with that. He also did what he could to make it work on both ends, and we are eternally grateful to him for that!"
