"Better than we could have ever imagined. Not only did Landscape Impressions install a beautiful walkway they repaired a patio they installed for us 20 years ago! The crew noticed a rotten tree trunk had caused the corner of the patio to sink - so they repaired it without us even asking them to do so. Now that’s SERVICE! Oh yeah, one of the workers was also kind enough to carry a 40 lb bag of dog food up the driveway to the front porch- better service than the delivery guy! "The actual work done by Bergin Property Mgmt was to remove my concrete patio and replace it with a gorgeous paver patio. A 3-foot graden was also installed around the patio to add privacy and beauty. Frank Bergin, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to come up with various options, clearly explaining each. His crew was friendly and accommodating. More importantly, they were precise in their work and paid strict attention to detail. They did an spectacular job. Frank was in at the site each day to check on the progress of the work and seemed to have an excellent rapport with his workers. I could not have asked for better customer service. I now have neighbors all around me commenting on the gorgeous patio I have. I am pleased beyond words and would highly recommend Bergin Property Management to anyone."

"The work turned out great. The joints are tight and lined up well. The corners were curved to add a nice touch so the pavers had to be cut along with cutting the smaller brick border bricks. I had about a 2 foot slope of land under the patio and a large slope for the path and step area. This work was done by 4 guys over two hot July days. The bobcat helped dig and rough level it. A lot of material was moved around along with at least 4 pallets of pavers and the blocks for the steps. To finish it off, they put down top soil, grass seed and hay was placed down to finish the job off very well."

"I hired Augustus Landscaping and Design to repair the front paver stairs at my home after the existing steps had become cracked, uneven, and unsafe over time. My goal was to restore them safely without doing a complete rebuild. The finished stairs look solid, level, and safe to use again, and the overall cost was significantly lower than several full replacement estimates I received from other companies. As with many older repair projects, additional issues were discovered once the stairs were opened up, but the work was completed and the original safety concerns were addressed. Communication was straightforward and the project had more of a practical repair approach rather than a large construction-company process, which worked fine for the type of job I needed completed. This gentleman has the heart of a teacher, along with a love of creating something functional and beautiful. He explained every step of the way what was needed for our retaining wall, and how a retaining wall functions; grading, drainage, equipment needed, etc. The gentleman in his crew worked tirelessly. He went above and beyond to work with us, especially since in digging they hit shale, which was a complete headache for them, and meant the job would take longer. Yes, it did mean that the job would cost more because you can't build a wall on shale, but Rob had thoroughly discussed with us ahead of time that you never know what you are going to find when you dig so we were definitely OK with having to deal with that. He also did what he could to make it work on both ends, and we are eternally grateful to him for that!"
