We can do commercial, residential, architectural, mechanical, electrical, as-builts, transferring from paper to cad, construction documents you name it. We can produce signed architectural and mechanical drawings for permit submittal. Still looking for electrical engineer to work with. We can do site surveys and create background for existing structures instead of hiring an architect to do it. We also available are to do shop drawings and as-builts. We currently use AutoCAD software for our plans. "Do not buy a Kodiak home. My floor plan was wrong. They didn't send me my insulation and have been trying to get a refund for 2 years. They also charged me 15% more after the plans went to manufacturing. This has been a nightmare to say it mildly. There are other steel frame home companies out there."
