"I needed the front of my townhouse painted, to include (6) shutters, a bay window above the garage door, the front door behind the storm door to include all caulking around the trim. While on the ANGI app, I requested a pro for a estimate and was promptly contacted by WILBER’s PAINTING, L.L.C. Wilber suggested a estimate date that met both of our needs and was “on-time” on the agreed date. The work was scheduled and the job was started within 5 days. The day before the scheduled start date, a two man crew arrived and power washed the front of the house. On the next morning, Wilber along with his skilled crew arrived promptly and completed the job within 8 hours. Wilber, met with his crew to verify all aspects of the job and to insure no miscommunications. All debris and, or trash was picked up when painting was completed and his workers went the extra step to include blowing off the area around the porch and driveway. I highly recommend Wilber’s Painting L.L.C. And will not hesitate to use him in the future for any and all interior/exterior painting jobs. "Fairly priced, performed on time and with great skill. The Merrifield team has done three significant engagement at our church. On the first, they repainted several very large windows that had suffered water damage and repainted a wall section that had problems. No one in the congregation can tell which windows and wall were painted and which were not. On the second, they dealt with a room with three or four different colors of paint and plaster damaged by removing built-in shelves and cabinet. The result is like new. The last job asked them to deal with damaged trim and walls that had not been panted in years. We needed stop part way down a long hallway. They were able to match colors and feather the transition so as to produce a nearly invisible transition. The plaster in this area has a sandy texture. There repairs to some fairly large areas that look very good. We are already working on a fourth set of problems for Jeff's team to solve. Members who were previously strong advocates for DIY painting have become supporters of finding the funds to hire Merrifield because they can see the real difference it makes."

"Outstanding work!! I called about 50 painters before deciding on Mendez. He was one of the very few people in this area that were willing to do limewash on the exterior brick of our house. Of the 7 or so painters I found that were willing to do limewash he had the most reasonable fair pricing in addition to being extremely professional. Mendez was always trustworthy and reliable partner for our home projects. His pricing is very competitive and his quality of work was excellent. I trusted his judgement and he often arrived on site even when only his workers needed to be there. I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of me -- which if not usually the experience I've had in the past. He takes pride in his quality of work and listens very well. Because of all these reasons and more, we actually hired him to do additional work on our exterior/interior of our house. "Fantastic! I almost did not recognize my house when I arrived after work. It absolutely sparkled! Chevy Chase Exteriors did much more than what was in the estimate. They cleaned out the Gutter Gloves (this had not been done for 10 years), took care of mold/algae on the roof, cleaned the soot off the chimney, power washed off the sidewalk and driveway (which I am sure had never been done since the house was built in 1955.) Murray and his workers, Aponti and Maurice, could not have been nicer, more professional and absolutely punctual. My rating would be A+++++."

"It's always a relief when you find a contractor who cares about the quality of their work. That is Mr. Leal. I hired him to rehang our exterior french doors that were poorly installed. It can be very difficult to find help for for small jobs, but Mr. Leal agreed. Needless to say, the doors now function perfectly. I was impressed for following reasons. His team was very communicative. My initial call was returned within an hour or two and he was scheduled to see me the next day. He and his colleague took care of my home. Not only did they fix the doors, but they were obviously very careful when doing so. They even vacuumed while sanding the doors. No trace was left of their work except for the perfectly swinging doors. Honestly, I think care for another's home is as important as one's ability to do the work. My strong impression is Mr. Leal cares that his work is well done. Hire him."

"We got 4 quotes for re-doing our entire exterior stucco walls and found E.M. Texture here on Angi and based on their reviews and price we decided to go with them. They were not the least or most expensive but right in the middle. Eliazar came out and walked through the process with me a few weeks before the job began, and I felt like I was in very good hands. On work day 1 a big crew came out and got to work and never slowed down. It was about an 8 day job with some downtime due to rain, but they came back as soon as it was dry enough to finish. The walls look spectacular! We are a very unique white stucco townhome community on the lake in Columbia and could not be happier with the way it turned out. Several neighbors have already contact E.M. to take on their work as well. Glenda in the office is nice and responsive and very professional. It's a great family business and I cannot recommend them highly enough!"
