Pragmatic Staging Solutions couples creativity with bottom-line business acumen. We apply our creative skills to maximize value for our clients while ensuring that our recommendations are cost-effective and designed to meet their objectives. Depending on the type of work, service fees are charged on an hourly basis or on a fixed cost per project. Pragmatic Staging Solutions can do as much or as little of the work that a client chooses. Most of the above services can be provided using one of the following methods depending on how much of the staging work the client wants to perform themselves: "Walk and Talk" Consultation: We tour the home with the client for 1 - 2 hours while the client takes notes on recommendations. Following the consultation, the client may request a bid proposal be prepared for the recommendations that the client would prefer Pragmatic Staging Solutions to perform. Virtual Consultation: This is a less expensive and expeditious service that results in concrete staging recommendations listed room by room for the client within 72 hours. The client simply emails pictures of each room (usually 3 - 4 from each corner of the room) so that we get a good representation of the room and Pragmatic will email back a detailed checklist of recommendations of what updates should be made, what items to remove from a room, furniture placement, accessory placement, etc. Bid Proposal: We briefly tour the home and then develop a bid proposal for Pragmatic Staging Solutions to perform all of the recommended staging services.
