"Showed up on time, completed on time, very respectful of my property, cleaned up beautifully. Fence is expertly installed"

"Their estimate was the cheapest. Chris was very professional and kept me updated with e-mails. The job turned out to be a lot more work for them because of an uneven doorway due to the house settling. After the initial installation, Chris had a helper come once and both of them came again to address a place that wasn't completely sealed. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the job. I would use him again."

"Ryan's crew at Shortley Fencing came to install a wooden fence + two gates around our yard. It took about 8 weeks to get him out (due to the pandemic), but I am very glad that I waited. Ryan is a very sincere guy who is attentive to all details. I am an extremely picky person but he met my expectations 100%. I love how the fence looks and the neighbors have been already telling me very positive things about it. I would definitely recommend Ryan and his crew at Shortley Fencing. Yes, it is worth the wait!"

"It went smoothly from the beginning. Unlike a typical bathroom fan/light combination I wanted the two functions separated and positioned in different spots. The original way I planned the installation would not work due to some ceiling joist positioning; Eric suggested an alternate way that was both functional and aesthetic. In addition I needed a GFI outlet repositioned due to a planned larger medicine cabinet. Eric repostioned the outlet working in rerouting the wiring from the attic. Eric and his crew kept me informed all the time they were working and cleaned up after themselves when done. I would highly recommend Master's Electric."

"I did a lot of research on nextdoor before contacting Zach, and I did not disappoint. He is honest and his quote is very competitively priced. Will hire him again if the roof breaks down after 15 years."

"Prompt, Professional, Hard working, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely reach out to AE Home Improvement for help on projects in the future!"

"Today we had our vinyl fence installed by Northeast fencing company. Product in and install earlier then expected! ð From the time the men arrived they were professional, friendly, and hard working. We are so pleased with the job and product and recommend this company!!!"

"They were highly personable, professional, quick, and they did a very neat and clean job. I would recommend them without reservation if you need a basic wooden fence that is well built and nicely installed. Every part of the experience was actually pleasant....so rare!"

"Brad and his team delivered us the deck of our dreams. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are unmatched. We had several quotes and referrals from multiple companies and Decks, Decks, Decks came out on top and for great reason. Al was our master craftsman on the deck construction and he is a perfectionist in the best sense of the word. The deck is very sound and constructed well. He would pay close attention to make sure every aspect of the construction was done with completeness and precision. I could not recommend Decks, Decks, Decks more!"

"This was my third time working with this contractor and each project was a pleasurable experience! As was the case with the other two, they started this project on time and finished on time! All the work was done according to strict Mount Lebanon code. They made suggestions based upon their experience i.e we wanted a six foot high shadow box fence but while Mount Lebanon code allows for a six foot high privacy fence of just about any style, they do not allow, by code, a six foot high shadowbox fence. Steve Hilpert proceeded to build us a 4 foot high shadowbox fence (the maximum height allowed by code) with a custom built 2 foot high trellis section which Mount Lebanon subsequently approved. The fence looks beautiful!
I was nervous about cutting a big hole in the wall of our addition to install the sliding glass door. Now the door looks like it has been there all along! It came out PERFECTLY!
The deck is also beautiful and solid as a rock! We had an issue with the location of our two central air conditioning units off the back of the house. The other contractors (which I found here on Angie's List as well) said they would just build over these units. Not knowing anything about central air conditioning this seemed reasonable to me. Steve was the ONLY contractor who told me that you absolutely CAN NOT block the air flow above the units! Not only that, he was honest enough to tell me that moving the units should be done by a qualified HVAC contractor. Now that is a contractor you can trust!
All work was completed on time and within budget. The same crew arrived early each day and were polite and professional. The job site was spotless at the end of each day!
If you are looking for a trustworthy, professional contractor, you can not go wrong with SC Hilpert!!!"
