"The actual work done by Bergin Property Mgmt was to remove my concrete patio and replace it with a gorgeous paver patio. A 3-foot graden was also installed around the patio to add privacy and beauty. Frank Bergin, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to come up with various options, clearly explaining each. His crew was friendly and accommodating. More importantly, they were precise in their work and paid strict attention to detail. They did an spectacular job. Frank was in at the site each day to check on the progress of the work and seemed to have an excellent rapport with his workers. I could not have asked for better customer service. I now have neighbors all around me commenting on the gorgeous patio I have. I am pleased beyond words and would highly recommend Bergin Property Management to anyone."

"Better than we could have ever imagined. Not only did Landscape Impressions install a beautiful walkway they repaired a patio they installed for us 20 years ago! The crew noticed a rotten tree trunk had caused the corner of the patio to sink - so they repaired it without us even asking them to do so. Now that’s SERVICE! Oh yeah, one of the workers was also kind enough to carry a 40 lb bag of dog food up the driveway to the front porch- better service than the delivery guy! The old steps were taken off and the stone steps were put on. They really give a new look to the house. My neighbors gave me complements on the work."

Rick and crew have replaced fieldstone retaining walls and a long, curved walkway with beautiful Cambridge material. The time and detail put into these projects was exceptional and the cost reasonable. "Mickey performed excellent work at my house. I hired him to fix my retaining wall and steps at first then secondly my basement was mess with water coming in. Mickey helped with demo as I decided to remodel the basement as well, then he waterproofed my entire basement. Finally, he leveled out my basement floor. The work was absolutely immaculate and on top of that he was extremely helpful throughout the process and not once did I ever have to stress or worry. Great service and a great guy. This gentleman has the heart of a teacher, along with a love of creating something functional and beautiful. He explained every step of the way what was needed for our retaining wall, and how a retaining wall functions; grading, drainage, equipment needed, etc. The gentleman in his crew worked tirelessly. He went above and beyond to work with us, especially since in digging they hit shale, which was a complete headache for them, and meant the job would take longer. Yes, it did mean that the job would cost more because you can't build a wall on shale, but Rob had thoroughly discussed with us ahead of time that you never know what you are going to find when you dig so we were definitely OK with having to deal with that. He also did what he could to make it work on both ends, and we are eternally grateful to him for that!"
