On the day of the service he and a professional climber, Richard, again discussed with me what needed to be done and proceeded with the trimming. At the end of the day I was very pleased with the trimming and felt that I had been dealing with professionals. "They were very nice the problem was that they didn't have any material with them, they said no material which meant either they said no material in the ad it meant they didn't supply any of the shrubs or any of the plants or anything and they didn't have any tools with them for planting or anything else but anyway I borrow some stuff from my neighbors so it was fine. They should explain in their ad that they don't supply any tools that you have to have your own gardening tools."
