"He would not give up despite a lack of success looking in the ducts and in the insulation. Eventually, he found the recently deceased and efficiently removed it and cleaned the area. The company was prompt despite the snow conditions that week, very courteous and professional."

"Extremely well. As we have two little dogs (20 pounds each) these spoiled canines generate 90% of the dirt, dust and hair accumulating everywhere in the home. Owning a 1931 English Tudor contributes to the problem. Of course all this enters the system. Despite changing the expensive Filtrete 2" thick monthly during the fall, winter, spring and often early summer once a month the system ductwork still gets dirty. It is imperative to hire a firm that does a excellent job as ductwork can and does grow colonies of mold, mildew, mites, viruses and bacteria. That is why I hire AMERICAN POWER VAC to do the job. I have inspected their work after both occasions and i assure you that they really do a great job. I did my research on the firm prior to using the the first time. "I've had many a carpet cleaner only for stains to come back again and again.  Not so with this service!  They are totally different from anyone we've ever hired.  They were professional, did not have a bunch of "extras" that then cost you more.  They vacuumed for me instead of me having to do all the work prior to them arriving.  They moved the furniture.  They are by no means more expensive for this much superior service.  They were honest about stains that they may not be able to remove (but they came out in the end anyway - without extra charges) and my carpets were sparkling clean!  They are older carpets and they were actually a few shades lighter when they were  done!  We've had them back since and they've always been great.  Have recommended them to all my friends and have had only good feedback. <br />"
