"He is an amazing craftsman. He repaired part of our deck and added some railings. He was excellent and the only thing is that in his field they are really busy. He cleaned up after himself and he didn't leave any scraps everywhere. It was so nice when he was done. Our neighbor's tree fell on the deck and he came back to repair quite a bit of it. He was very accommodating and he came on the weekends. He repaired two segments of our fencing that got smashed down."

"I've been reading Dave's reviews on Angie's List for over five years and have tried to work with him in the past but his schedule and mine just couldn't mesh. Last year we decided to replace the picture window in our living room with a bay window and called Dave for an estimate. Again, his schedule was packed but I decided to wait for him to be available and boy, am I glad I did! Of course, we obtained estimates from two other contractors for the work (which were a little bit higher than Dave) but they just didn't have the glowing reviews that Dave has. Dave lives up to every word in reviews! There were some scheduling difficulties and then an issue with the window (custom ordered) not being correct but Dave made everything right at no further cost to us. He kept us informed on the install schedule and completed the work in exactly the time he estimated (less than three days). During the install, he made sure I was aware of options/tweaks he could make so that the final product met with my expectations. I can honestly say that it looks EXACTLY the way I pictured it in my mind and I could not be more thrilled with the end result. We still have to paint it and Dave even called a week after the job was done to offer to paint the roof trim at no cost if we didn't have a tall enough ladder to reach it! Dave and his son worked quickly while still paying attention to detail, kept a clean worksite, and even made a small repair to our storm door that wasn't closing easily. There is no doubt I would hire Dave again for any home improvement or repair project. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence make him well worth the wait!"

"Samir of A C Electrical was responsive and punctual. He didn't complain that the work needed to be done on a weekend. He is amazingly facile and efficient and explains the work to the homeowner clearly and offers options to you as he goes. He is REALLY GOOD, humble, tidy, and professional. He removed the old damaged wiring through the overcrowded back box; pulled new wire into the back box from the hole high in the wall; installed a junction box in the wall for the replaced connection; and reorganized the three-switch back box, including replacing several connections inside that were questionable. I will recommend A C Electical and Samir to any friend and I will call him again when I need electrical help."

All was replaced except the vanity cabinet, which was refinished instead. Nathaniel's work was professional and courteous at all times. The work was performed with quality at a high value. I did not go overboard with material cost, but made smart choices from Lowes and Home Depot offerings. My objective was to have a good bathroom remodel without going overboard on price. "The crew was excellent. They were friendly, quiet and professional. The house was cleaned first then painting began about a week later. Bushes and plants were covered or carefully pulled back, the crew worked all day every day and Steve was on site at a couple different times during the day. Any concerns we had were quickly addressed and at the end of the job, they cleanedup completely, leaving no mess, no paint spots on plants or concrete and no damaged plants! We couldn't be happier with our home and the fantastic job Restoration did for us!"
