"J. Costello Contracting was selected by us even though their bid was not the lowest, because their analysis of the condition of our driveway was very thorough and the work proposal was more detailed and completely informative. They responded quickly to a request for estimate and were just as prompt in scheduling and performing the necessary work, which was completed on time, at the price stated and with a four year guarantee. The entire operation was professional, personable and met our highest expectations. We recommend them without any reservation."
