"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"The work went very well.  We were impressed with how competent, thoughtful, and capable Kevin was.  Unlike some other contractors, he was undaunted by the newly installed pet fence around the work area.  He looked at it carefully and figured out how he would take it apart and re-install it over just enough area to let in his back-hoe.  Kevin kept costs low by assessing what needed to be done without expanding the job beyond what was asked.  He brought equipment and materials just enough to do the job.  If I had asked for more, I'm sure it wouldn't have been a problem to grow the job, but he didn't try to upsell me.  We were amazed by how efficiently the work was carried out.
