Matt checked the whole house and attic, he did not see the visible mold and suggest me to get other air duct cleaning service to clean the air which sounds the appropraite solution. I smelled the musty smell in attic and told him it might have roof leak. He could easly agreed with me and told me the attic need to be treated. But he said no sign of mold. So I think the company is trustful"

"They were professional and on time. They cared about our house and put down tarps and stuff to walk on. They did an excellent job on the installation and were helpful in explaining how the system worked. They went over all the components that they installed. From what I can tell, they did a neat job. They had to break a window to vent to the outside. They didn't clean up the broken glass on the outside of the house, but it was probably just an oversight."

"They came out twice a year, once to get it ready for winter, and once to convert it for the summer. If you have a problem in the meantime, they come out and you pay for the parts that you need, but you don't need for the labor. I have never had a problem with them. They are reliable. When they come in the house, if they walk through the house, the put on little booties over their shoes, which I think is very respectful. They clean up after themselves. I never had a complaint and I have used them for years and years. I have never done any comparison, so there may be somebody less expensive, but when you have somebody coming into your house, you want to be comfortable, and that is worth a lot. I am happy with these guys. They installed the system, so they know. They give you a window and if they are going to be late, they will call. My pet peeves is to take time off from work, and they don't show up, but I have never had that with them."

They analyzed the issue, provided some pointers for prevention and preceded to warm of the pipes in the tiny crawlspace between the house and fence.
