Great Work At Great Price! A fresh coat of paint or stain can bring new life to rooms, add curb appeal to homes and commercial buildings, and help protect your investment for years to come. We're happy to bid on all types of painting, staining and interior design projects in the Denver metro area. Locally owned and operated, we're a small company with big capabilities, including interior painting, exterior painting, commercial painting, deck finishing, and interior design.
"Reported Kayan LLC/R. Lala to Consumer Protection. No respect for the elderly of parent of a disabled child. His masonry work was poor. Had to hire another company to repair the incomplete work. Did not glue on the caps that lay on the wall blocks, trim blocks to appropriate size and did not reinforce open gaps between the side walls and the floor pavers. Carpentry work was extremely poor job. He put up a ceiling under a deck, but did not make any provisions for installing a gutter or slanting the roof and the water accumulated between plywood and the outer panels. I had to hire a different contractor to remove these panels as they would have fallen on someone. Panels removed with one hand, leading to a downpour of accumulated water. He charged a miter saw and roofing nailer to my credit card and refused to return the tools and unused supplies. Quoted $3750 to powerwash and paint my handicap ramp in freezing temp and yelled at me when I refused. No remorse for his actions. "

"I considered Mike a friend and was very patient over the course of the 2 year pavers install. I understood his commitment with work so I had tremendous grace during the time it took him to finish. A year after completion the ground settled to a point where the pavers sunk and separated. Also retaining caps began loosening and popping off. I?ve contacted Mike on 3 different occasions and he has repeatedly ignored my request for repairs. "
