I am good for a lot of small jobs - cleaning, building/fixing things, lawn care, etc. Can take on larger jobs with more people if needed. "I had a Groupon for 1000 sq. ft. of driveway sealing.  I have about 2000 sq. ft.  I bought the Groupon and called, and I was told it would be another $170, so I wanted to set the appointment.  It actually took a year to get done, as he had too many Groupon customers and was giving scheduling preference to his existing client base.  Once we had the appointment, they arrived on time, could not have been more pleasant, did a great job, and left the area spotless.

"Cole responded quickly to my inquiry and came the same day to provide an estimate. We planned a date for him and his helper to return. They arrived on time and worked hard all day. We are thrilled with their work and have contracted with them for yard work."

"They were very easy to talk to and addressed all my concerns. We took in other quotes from companies and everyone came in around the same price, but would not either clean up the whole yard of debris, or we had to pay a second party to come in and fill the foundation with sand. Learned Brothers Services, did it all. They torn down the house, removed all the debris, raked the glass and small bits out the yard, and filled in the foundation with sand. I need to mention also, that on my property there were rock walls near the house that needed to be saved. They were able to work around them, and all though some of the walls were brittle, they were able to save them. My house was 3 stories high with in attached barn. Said they could do shingles siding but really didn't know what they were doing - when I saw the job and asked them to redo much of it because it was not level or inline with the rest of the house. 

Thought they would make it good, but rushed through fixing the issues - then never heard from them again.
