Customers say: Super punctual
"He was here about 8 hours. You have a central office that then sends the various handyman out, they have various people that go out and do they work for them, but the office and the guy had to go out to eat. He called not only the day before the service to remind me, then he called the day of the service to see how it was going, and then the day after to see if everything was to my satisfaction. They have a nice central office."

"Started with home energy audit that cost only $59. Sales / tech person was very professional. Performed an energy audit that took HOURS. it was not a rushed job, and he reviewed his assessment with me in detail. That alone was worth the cost. He pointed out spots where there were big heat losses in my home, and what could be done to resolve them. Never pressured me to get the services, but he did show me which things I could do and how much they'd cost, as well as the rebate I'd receive from my energy company. I selected to get my basement rim joist spray insulated, add insulation to the attic, add insulation caps to all the recessed lighting fixtures in the attic, add insulation do attic entryway, and spray and install more insulation around the bonus room above my garage. Each one was an option, and gave improvements to the overall comfort of the house. Work was done in 2 days (they needed to come back due to power issues for the insulation blower). Overall, I'm happy with the results. house is more comfortable and furnace is running less."

"Todd was fantastic to work with. He does great work at a reasonable price. My bathroom looked terrific after the tub and tile installation that Todd performed. He takes his time, does things right, and is a very personable person to deal with. I would highly recommend his services. One thing that I really liked is how they waterproofed the shower area prior to the tile installation. This was a differentiator from other contractors that I spoke with prior to hiring Todd. I was very impressed overall.

"Very well. I like my new door and my lighys installed on the patio. The dusk to dawn flood light on the garage is awesome. One light needed tweaking and they came back to do that. All time in a matter of days."

"All of the companies' estimators looking at the basement immediately assumed that I had a crack or rod hole leaks in the wall and quickly bid the job that way. The basement is drywalled so that could not be verified. Andrew also thought so at first and asked if it would be alright to cut a few access holes in the drywall since it would have to be removed to fix any leaks anyway. I agreed. After studying the floor to see which way it sloped (basement floors are never perfectly level he explained.), he cut four holes about one foot up from the floor. The basement wall at each hole showed no sign of water damage, That set Andrew to thinking for a few minutes. He suggested that the water might be coming under the wall from hydrostatic pressure. I had told him about being lower than my neighbors so we went outside to look at the landscape. He told me about the EGRP pumps and how they had fixed a standing water problem at Detroit City Airport. He gave me a brochure from the pump manufacture. Over the next couple of days while he was writing up the quote, I went to the manufacture's web site and watched a video about the airport installation.
He ordered the pumps and about two weeks later came out and installed the 40 pumps over a two day period. We have had only minimal rain since so I will have to wait for the spring thaw and rains to evaluate their effectiveness. I do believe this will solve two problems, namely the wet basement floor and the standing water (for several days) after heavy rains.

"I called them about installing 650 sq ft of tile. they did not respond immediately, but when I did speak with them they scheduled an estimate, showed up on time and were a pleasure to deal with. I chose another installer that ended up being about 40% less expensive.
