Technician came out and was very polite and meticulous ensuring everywhere in the attic was covered and cleaned for the mold remediation. Technician shared all details of what he was going to do. And he was very proud of his work! He asked me to go in the attic and check what he did and gave me the details of his work. Took approx 8 hours. Donny briefly came to job site to oversee work and make sure we were satisfied. The following day same technician came to install vapor Barrier in crawl. And a 3rd party company also came out to test the mold remediation work they had done the day prior. He graded them 99.9% and said they did an outstanding job (there was a VERY small 6"x6" area missed). The vapor barrier now being installed took approx 9 hours as crawl is only about 2-2 1/2 feet tall. Again Donny came out to ensure technicians job is being done satisfactorily as well as confirm we as clients were pleased with how the job is being done. When the technician finished, he used his personal cell phone to show us photos of the job he had completed. He gain was a VERY proud man of his work!!!! We should all learn from his work ethic. Then he went back into the attic to fix the small area of mold remediation that was missed the day prior. Would use them again 1000%. The only thing that did not go as planned was the first crew that was suppose to be there at 800am had a problem with their truck so Donny dispatched a second and single technical which, as mentioned above, we were VERY pleased with!!!!! So it was maybe a 60-90 min late start. But the results fantastic!"

"It started off fine. I started seeing cracks in the driveway. I saw the first one on February 13th, that one lead to the garage. Then I started seeing more cracks and this is on the area of the new concrete that was replaced. This is an area I do not drive on. This is the area of the driveway closest to my home. I called them three times. The first time there was no answer. The second time I got a response and called the private number from the receptionist. The third time I spoke to the owner who in turn said I needed to have the driveway sealed for a cost of $800.00, additional to what I had already spent. It was a verbal estimate over the phone. He then sent the bid out that stated the $800.00 on paper. I called them back one more time and have not received a response. I have called them due to the number of cracks increasing on my driveway."

Unlike with other "big name" companies, I felt comfortable with their diagnosis. Although the diagnosis was not good (we had a blocked overhead sewer with a leak in our basement), Max was huge help in making the ordeal as painless as possible. He explained the entire process of replacing our sewer, including city construction codes, digging, replacing pipe, sealing walls, and clean up. Windy City Rooter does all their own work, they don't contract out anyone else (one of Max's sons is in charge of the excavating). Therefore they know everything that is going to get done, how much it will cost, and how long it will take. They dug up the sewer, replaced it, sealed our walls, and cleaned up all in one day as I was at work. Max was phone call or text away, keeping me updated on the entire process. In addition he also helped by talking directly to our insurance adjuster to ensure we could get some money for the damages. Windy City Rooter is a highly experienced family run business and it is obvious that their goal is to make the customer happy. I will use them for all my future plumbing needs."

The yard was picked up everyday before they left.   The 2nd day the roof was put on.  The 3rd day by 3pm everything was done and the yard was picked up and the dumpster removed.
