I explained my current financial situation and if only the absolute bare minimum be done. Before he went on the roof, I asked if he knew anyone in need of a huge air conditioner. I needed it out so I could put my new little one in. As I walked him to his truck. He looked at me and said, if you are available on Monday, I’ll come back with a helper. Only pay me for the roof supplies. I will fix your roof and put in your 3 air conditioners. I was stunned Tears flowed Two days later, My 3 air conditioners were installed with thick plywood from his shop. Next on my roof for hours with big smiles!! "I found A2Z on Angie's list. If you've never found someone there, you can click 1-4 contractors for a job and they should all call you. A2Z was the only one that called and they called within an hour! It was actually a representative of the company, ya know like they have a legit business. It wasn't the same person that fixes stuff, and answers the phone, and schedules appointments etc. An assistant or office manager called me. She was very Friendly and professional. We scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Victor called me at said he was there the morning of the appointment. He was there early in the estimated arrival window too! Amazing! He found the issue quickly, which was a leaking window, not a roof leak, as the other guy from another "company"said. Victor was easy to work with, he showed up on time, he sent me a quote and the quote ended up being the price. He was reliable and answered my phone calls and texts. I tell you, that is unheard of in the contracting business. My tenant even said she had a good experience with him and he was pleasant. I totally recommend Victor and A2Z Home Remodeling!! Cleanup was perfect. A problem was discovered with the type of nails that had been used previously on the plywood; these were replaced at no additional charge for time/labor. I was also able to keep my existing skylights because this crew had the expertise and was willing to spend the extra time and to secure the proper flashing. The team worked until dusk, and Ivan refused to be paid until he returned the following day to determine that not a single nail was left on my property. This company was a pleasure to work with."
