They left for the day and promptly arrived the next morning and spent the whole day to finish the work. Almost 300 ft of gutter was installed and the old ones removed. "Came out to do an estimate, and didn't provide it to me for many days or contact me, despite multiple phone calls I made and messages left. While I understand they were swamped with demand due to a snowstorm, I was led to believe they would be more responsive - and the responsibility lands with them to set expectations with me on turnaround time. In the end, they did repair our gutters in about 10 minutes, and I can't complain - it was fast, albeit very expensive. If I can find an alternative, I wouldn't hire them again."

I was disappointed with the limitation in gutter colors, which required me to change the color scheme for the exterior renovation project. They don’t have black gutters, which is what I wanted. The only other feedback I have is that I with they had offered to do more on the overall drainage issues beyond the physical gutters."
