"They were supposed to call before arrival, and didn't. They showed up 3 hours before scheduled. It was a bit unnerving to hear workers on my roof long before scheduled. They claimed that the 2-story downspouts can be cleaned out with a blower -- maybe this is true, but in all the years of homeownership I have had, I have not heard of this. Usually garden hoses are used to ensure the downspouts are clear. And finally, they sent an email link to their own review, and when I filled it out I got this message: "Please review the error(s) below. 1. Update Opportunity - The content of elements must consist of well-formed character data or markup." I have no idea what this means, but it did mean that I couldn't submit the review to them."

"Sean from Clearview came out as scheduled and did a great job installing my lights.  I have used other installers in the past that provided a less than perfect experience.  Sean was by far the most cleanly installer I have ever had.  All the strings of lights were straight and professional grade, you even get to choose your color and pattern.  Best part was that my yard wasn't littered with those little plastic hanger clips.  He even came out promptly to fix a light that came loose in a storm.  When spring arrived, the lights were taken down in a timely manner; unlike some other installers that will leave the lights up until its convenient for them to take down, aka summer.  I also use Clearview for window cleaning, as they are awesome at this too."

"I am currently in the process of buying my first home and JJ Inspection Service made the process extremely simple. I needed the inspection done within a very short time frame (shorter than the standard ten day inspection period). Justin was able to get me a slot within my window despite already being busy and did a great job. He invited me to tag along on the inspection (not just come afterwards and get the summary report). I took him up on the invitation and I am glad I did. He walked me through the process of what type of issues he is looking for and why and also recommended ways to correct the problem and provided needed information for maintenance. One area of concern I had in my house is the skylight in the kitchen. I had noticed before that it looked like it had water spots on the decorative wood paneling around it. He did tell me they are notorious for leaking. I got pretty nervous at this point but soon had my anxiety put to rest. Justin used a moisture detector to check the various surfaces of the skylight and quickly determined that the water spots were from a past leak that had already been fixed. He also recommended a furnace cleaning/service because the furnace wasn't quite up to what he would like to see even though it could have been easily overlooked because it wasn't a large issue. Justin also made the report available online through an email link that doesn't expire (very handy) and told me not to hesitate to call with any questions or concerns. Overall Justin was great, very informative and easy to talk to. He made what has already been a great first home-buying experience even better! Thank you Justin!"

"Roof cleaning was done well, but he only replaced a small percentage of the damaged shakes, and several are now coming off the roof because they were not replaced. Will have to have another contractor come in to replace the rest of the damaged shakes."
