"Project started out well with great communication to set up initial appointment for quote. The overall job turned out well; but once they won the business, the project was mismanaged and communication was poor. There was an overall lack of supervision on the project. It was scheduled for late November. At the time of scheduling, I asked if job would be negatively affected by snow and cold weather and if I should wait to schedule until Spring the following year. I was assured that winter weather would not cause a problem. Luckily, the concrete was poured prior to several snow storms, but the concrete was not sealed until Spring the following year. The project entailed replacing all sidewalks, a driveway and building a raised patio. The patio measurements were incorrect twice. The second incorrect measurement led to my underground sprinkler line being cut. My sprinkler line was also cut in a second location in spite my pointing out where the underground sprinkler lines crossed under the concrete. Hoses were dragged through my garden with no regard for above ground misters. Several were snapped off. The repair bill when sprinkler system was turned back on in Spring was high, and Legacy agreed to reimburse me for some of the damages. They never followed through in spite of my calling in to check on reimbursement."

"Rafael and his crew came out Ripped out an replaced some driveway concrete panels, Which came out beautiful, Also Replaced Sod in my back yard, which looks really nice, went above and beyond, fixing my sprinkler system, works perfect now, and fixed my back faucet which was leaking in my basement, so we couldn't use it, now we can, they trimed our bushes, and did an awesome job trimming our tree in the back yard. "Excellent concrete work, but they left black marks on the concrete next to where they worked and large black tire marks on my driveway. When I made Tony aware of the problem, he told me I could hose the marks off which didn t work. While their workmanship on the concrete work was impeccable, they left me with a problem to try and solve myself with little luck so far!"
