He got us into the schedule quickly , walked us through the process on painting day to make sure everything was done the way we wanted and gave us a great tip about the way to make all the cut lines look clean and crisp. Then Juan and his crew arrived. They covered all the flooring and counters to protect them and got right to work. Juan said they could get it done in a day and they did! It’s beautiful. Also, Chad kept in touch with us during the day and was there for the walk-thru at the end. He used his experienced eye to help us find any missed spots or mistakes and there was only 1 little spot that needed a little more paint.This is a new spec house and this morning the construction manager came by to give us some paperwork and he was very, very impressed with the job Helix had done. "From quote to completion of work, the job went great. Mike's team was extremely courteous, professional and timely throughout the execution of the project. In fact the initial quote was for 4 days but they completed it in 3 and on budget. The work involved the removal of 30 year old wall paper, scrape, resurface walls/ceilings and paint. The rooms really look fantastic. We are planning another similar project for the master bedroom and living room, I will definitely have them execute that project as well. Mike, also gave us some great ideas for how to finish dark wood staircase to give it a more up to date look and so will look for his company to take on that project as well. "I had a few projects done by Grandview deck and patio. First it was a patio and then two years later I did a covered addition to it. I was promised from Darrell that they were going to send somebody out and fix part of the patio that had concaved in. I was also promised to have somebody come out with concrete and fix the bottom of the concrete poles that were put in to my patio cover. Numerous calls were made and no one has ever gotten back to us. They basically took their money and ran."
