There was a billing issue that they very quickly and easily resolved."

The carpet looks great! I did experience what another reviewer referred to as brown out. The guys I spoke with said it's basically oxidation and it happens sometimes when the carpet dries too slowly, so be sure to put your AC/heat to the recommended temp and extra fans if you've got them. When they came to take care of the brown out I was very pleased to know that they fix that for free. It's a very quick fix, they just re-clean the affected area. But if you've got a die stain that's an entirely different type of spot and would need specialized treatment so it's not part of the normal cleaning cost. My final price would have been higher if I had chosen to have the rooms treated with scotchguard but we decided to pass on it this time, there was no pressure from them to upgrade it which I appreciated. The crew guys we're very nice on the second time too. Don't hesitate to use this company. They are professional, they are priced very well and they work hard to clean your carpets as best as they can."
