"The initial price estimate visit was on time, and the subsequent quote was provided in a couple of days to me via email. After a couple of other quotes were recieved, we decided to select New Dawn based on their excellent pricing. We agreed upon a day and time for the install, and on the day agreed upon, Allen came slightly early to begin work. The first thing he did was prepare for the cleanup by putting down vis queen to catch any dirt or debris. Allen proceeded to methodically go step by step through the job, and he even checked out my electrical panel to ensure all lug nuts were tightened and the panel was secure. Everything of picked up and the job looked great! I paid by check and recieved an electronic receipt from Kelly immediately. My wife is happy and so am I. Good job New Dawn!"

I hired SS because I know how roofing company's come and go especially after a hurricane and a lot of people were getting ripped off. They showed when they said they would with plenty of help, The entire job, start to finish was a day and a half and it is beautiful. I have a flat roof patio which I've had repaired before but it would never seal, it rained heavily twice already and not a drop. I probably shouldn't have mentioned the day and a half part, their guys were here 12 1/2 hours the first day...ymmv. Space doesn't permit me telling you some of the wrenches I threw at them during the install but suffice it to say they accommodated me without a complaint. "It was a little rough at first due to weather.  Once the weather situation had improved, they were here every day, Including Saturday and Memorial Day, to get the roof finished.  I could not be happier.  The roof is wonderful and I am so glad I went with metal.  For the record. the roof is no louder when than a regular roof.   My neighbors are asking about my roof.  They are surprised how affordable the roof was and they agree with me when I say it looks great.  The only downside, is that the roof so good I had to pressure wash the house to bring it up to the roof's standards.  If you are thinking about getting a metal roof, use Hickman.  They are the best!!!! <br />"
