Although bathroom was semi refinished, due to all the problems we had had with the company who had done the basement, we decided not to let the remodelers install the toilet and pedestal sink. Good call as it turned out to be more complex and I shudder to think what the original remodelers would have hacked in order to do it. The sink drain pipe had been torn off during demo and one of the two the two bolts on the floor for securing the toilet had also been sheared off. Paul told me that it would take more time then the big deal we purchased and also let me know about the extra charges for materials due to the situation. He was able to get the pedestal sink with faucet properly installed on the first visit. Then he called to let me know he had purchased the parts for the toilet install a few days later, came to our house at the appointed time and finished the toilet install. He invoiced me promptly via email and I was able to pay the extras via credit card. Both fixtures work well. Although it ended up costing about twice what we paid for the big deal, in the end we got a quality job from a very professional and knowledgeable plumber. <br />"

"Manager met me at building to walk through and gave me proposal for cost and time to do job. <br>Appointment was set up within a week of our meeting. <br>Crew arrived at building before I did. <br>Crew supervisor walked through basement with me advising some items I might want to keep. <br>Items to be kept are tagged to make sure crew did not throw them out. <br>A light bulb was out and they put in a new one. <br>Job took only about 6 hours. <br>Very happy with how job was done and how quickly it was finished. <br> <br>Would highly recommend and would use again. <br> <br>A++"
