"I had noticed Logan Sommers doing brick repairs on a large front stairs / porch that was crumbling at a property in my area. He was there working consistently and ultimately everything looked great. I own older brick apartment buildings in the area that needed some repairs and decided I should get his business card. He was knowledgeable and and very polite. I had him look at my projects and he explained pricing and I told him my budget for that year. He came and did a great job on my priorities- in budget. This year I had more funds available so had him (and his brother) continue on that and another property as well as minor issues on my brick home. I couldn't be happier. They do great work and are very honest & fair to deal with- just all around good guys, Even several tenants commented on on what hard working, respectful, nice guys they are. A great contractor to have found!"
