"Cold air was leaking in under the doors of our 19th century front door threshold. Mr. Phalan devised a way to seal the leaky areas without marring the solid wood doors. He was communicative about scheduling, costs, timing and offers multiple solutions to tackle the problem. He also installed study closet shelves in 2 areas. We are definitely pleased with Phalan Construction and will be calling Bob again!"

"quality is always excellent. Delivery has always been on time. this is the third time I have used Arkansas wood door"

"From the very first meeting with their sales associate nothing could have been more pleasant and easier. During the original sales meeting I was worried about rue turn around time for products to arrive, I was told they’d have everything as scheduled and they did. On the scheduled day of the install Sergei and his crew showed up precisely when scheduled and during the entire 2 days of their visit they were very respectful, professional and friendly, I had some questions and they were all answered. At the end of each day I walked around the exterior of the house to inspect the work performed and the general cleanliness and found nothing wrong with the work and all areas were cleaned more thoroughly than expected. 16 windows, 1 bay window and 3 exterior doors finished in just over 2 days. I will eventually hire them again for my roof and highly recommend them!"

"Roger showed up when he said he would, and gave me the week before windows would be ready, to confirm a general install date. Called again 3-4 days before to insure we would be ready and available. Showed up when he said he would be here to install, and finished them quicker than expected. Would use again! Cost includes the 5 replacement windows"

"Peter Mountzoures of all trades I really like utilizing the service of Peter because he is one of the few contractors that I felt confident in performing the work on my late parents’ home without me following up right away. In addition, Peter replaced two windows that were on the second floor with ease, razed an old building, replaced the roof on the main dwelling, and plowed my late parent’s driveway when I requested. Peter is trustworthy and very professional. I highly recommend employing Peter’s services."

"Wes and Amy are fabulous to work with.  Wes came right out to take a look when it was convenient for me.  Not only that, but he and Amy were great in working things out with me.  I could be perfectly honest with them in what I could and could not afford but still have something that was not only cost effective, but energy efficient.  They were both very personable on the telephone as well as in person.  Since it was an odd sized opening, it had to be custom made.  Wes and Amy knew I was starting school soon and tried to work everything around my schedule.  The work was done and finished in one day.  Everything was cleaned up and Wes also replaced the custom made shelf I had above the door back into place, as well as the iron curtain rod.  My neighbors spoke with me later to tell me how professional Wes' service was as they could see the whole thing going on from their own deck.  They also told me that Wes had done everything "with care."  But being he and Amy were so professional, I wasn't even worried.  Not only that, but I received a lovely notecard from them thanking ME for letting them perform the service on my house.  Great find on Angie's list for sure!
