Customers say: True professional

"2 workers came out right on schedule, got busy right away and did an excellent job. In two hours time they ground out and tuck pointed all the problem spots around the brick foundation walls. A lot of good, necessary work completed in two hours time. This is a 100 year old home that has been lacking in necessary Maintenance for some time. My intention is to have this same crew back for further inspection and work when I can get the large shrubs removed from the front of the house. I Give this company and this work crew all thumbs up. They completed all work as promised. "

Customers say: Quick response

"The company was horrible with communication, the customer had to constantly reach out, he only communicated via emails and took too long to reply. The job quality was poor and blamed the customer for communication. He will not complete the job properly. He went back to fix some things and the parts have already fallen out or broke down. The provider has blocked the customer even from email and she cannot reach out to them."

"Overall, 4.5 stars. There was a great deal of time between the contract signing (early May) and the actual installation (early August) which was likely due to external uncontrollable conditions. The communication with the office was fine, but I had to be proactive and call. Promised calls back didn't really happen, but the staff was friendly and able to answer almost all questions immediately. The install crew was two guys who were respectful and responsive when I had a question/concern. There is apparently some disconnect between the sales team and the install team as what was described to me during the sales pitch was not what actually occurred (mostly, the sales guy told me that they would use the same post holes as the old rotting fence. The install team explained why that was not a good idea.) The job took 1.5 days which was about what I expected. The leftover dirt from the new holes was spread out around the posts, which made some cleanup for us as the clay soil here will not just subside/fade easily and will kill grass if left on top, but the install crew were upfront about that, though the sales guy obviously didn't discuss that with me. I would hire this company again. They were not the most expensive estimate, but they were not the cheapest either. I'm pleased with the end product, the install crew clearly takes pride in their work."

FAQs for wood fence repair projects in Wauseon, OH

The time it takes to install a swimming pool fence varies depending on the project's complexity. A simple installation can be completed in about two hours. However, if your project involves concrete work, regrading, custom installations, or challenging terrain, it could take up to two full days. Each additional factor increases the labor and time needed to ensure your fence meets safety standards.

Yes, installing a lock on your pool gate enhances safety by preventing unauthorized access. A self-closing, self-latching gate with a key-lock mechanism provides strong protection, helping to keep children and pets safe. Securing your pool gate adds an extra layer of security and offers peace of mind when using the pool area.

A pool fence requires a specific height to secure the pool area. In most states, the fence must be 48 inches tall; some regulations require 60 inches for enhanced safety. Checking local building codes guarantees compliance with these height requirements. A taller fence strengthens protection and improves the overall security of your pool area, ensuring it meets stringent safety standards.

Mesh and tempered glass are among the safest pool fencing choices because their design and smooth surfaces make them resistant to climbing attempts. They provide consistent, rigid barriers that prevent unauthorized access to your pool area. These materials ensure optimal safety for children and pets. In addition, incorporating a pool safety net further enhances protection and addresses additional security concerns, ensuring that your pool remains a safe environment for all users.

Pool fencing requirements vary by local, state, and federal regulations. In most states, installing a pool fence is mandatory for safety and insurance purposes. Ask your pool fence pro for local regulations or check with your local planning department to understand the specific height and design requirements for your area. Complying with these regulations ensures legal compliance and enhances safety.
