He texted the day off to confirm , arrived on time in a company jacket and was very professional and cordial. They agreed to move a heavy chair to the basement, (an add-on to the original project), were respectful about avoiding any damage to the walls, etc. and were done quickly. The job turned out to be much tougher than expected—the old cement was nearly impossible to break up and the clay ground was hard to dig deeper for the required dept —but Ken handled it like a pro, using a jackhammer and digging through hard clay soil without complaint. Despite the extra work and materials needed, he stuck to his original price even when I asked to pay him more, which speaks volumes about his integrity. He returned a few days later to assemble the hoop, and the final result was perfect—every measurement was spot-on. Ken went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. Highly recommended!"
