"We chose Garcia Roofing because we wanted a highly reputable, local, Louisiana licensed and insured roofing company. We had a GAF HD shingle roof installed previously, that was approximately 8 years old. Hurricane Ida winds were (my estimate as we were in our home during the storm) 130mph sustained for 6-8 hours. We considered both shingle and the standing seam metal roof for our roof replacement. We chose the standing seam metal roof as the most cost effective long term solution. Garcia Roofing installed a 26 gauge standing seam metal roof for us. We’re very pleased with our new roof. It’s beautiful and very well installed. We chose the medium bronze color. The installation crew did a superior job. We had to replace 36 CDX plywood sheets to fix the damaged roof deck. Additionally, we had facia/soffit repairs included. I contacted Strong Roofing and was immediately offered a meeting time at my convenience which was first thing the next morning. Mr. Jose “Sarge” Alonso showed up on time explaining the services, products offered, warranties, estimated time lines to be expected, product samples and colors, a step by step process to be expected, etc. Upon my request, I was immediately provided a written contract which was priced very comparable to other solicited companies. It was very obvious at that time that I was dealing with a experienced and knowledgeable representative from a reliable company with a long history of satisfied customers. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a knowledgeable and professional manner. I received several locations of roofing jobs that were done in the recent past for our review which was the only time this was offered to me during my search for roof installers. Strong Roofing is and was Amazing from initial contact to job completion. Mr. Burt, the owner, showed up at my home the morning the job started and introduced himself at which time he thanked me for selecting Strong Roofing and assured me that it will be done correctly the first time. This personal interest and dialogue “DOES NOT” happen very often in today’s business world. His visit ended with a firm handshake and his personal commitment to validate the companies workmanship and quality of Owens Corning products with a future written Guarantee/Warranty upon job completion. - A site Supervisor was on station the entire time the old roof was being removed until the new roof install was complete to include the verification of cleanup. - All employees were professional and displayed a “Can-do” attitude. - During the job, photos were taken each step of the process to validate contract compliance and quality of work. Overhead photos were provided to me at job completion which verified to me the quality and neatness of the job. - Our yard was cleaner when the job was finished than it was before the job actually was started. I was offered another magnetic sweep of our yard for possible nails at anytime, just need to call and they will arrive. - I was totally shocked when Jose offered a Follow-up site visit within a week or so or anytime in the future to do a physical overview and ensure that we are still 100% satisfied with the overall quality and workmanship of the new roof installation. This type of Quality Assurance is rare and certainly speaks highly of Strongs continued commitment to customer satisfaction and relationships with their valued customers in our region. - I didn’t have to up front funds in advance and there was no rush for final payment upon completion, this speaks highly of a solvent company that puts the customers needs and desires first, not the dollar. - I was surprised when I was told that courtesy site visits will occur after major storms and hurricanes pass to assist families in anyway to reduce further possible damages to property. I was told to contact the company at anytime in the future should something occur or we have any type of issue or questions at all. - Upon job completion I was personally provided copies of all related documents to include business cards, my contract, and in a packet the Owens Corning System Warranty including the Warranty Registration number. A overview of what is included and expected should the Warranted needs to be addressed in the future. - I can not say enough positive things about Strong Roofing. As a former Military Aviation Quality Inspector and Aviator, I know what Quality and workmanship entails to include the necessary attention to detail involvement that is necessary and is expected. Strong Roofing meets and exceeds expectations across the board. - The aforementioned statements I offered during my review were given to provide a “Holistic” overview from initial dialogue to job completion which I felt compelled to share. After all, a Quality Roof installation and proven products protects our investment and families. "it took a while after hurricane zeta for us to get insurance money for the roof to be repaired, but once we got it Gulf Construction came out and did the job. they got top-of-the-line material for our roof and were able to fix some of the rotten wood. definitely recommend them to anyone!"

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"Tony called when he said he would. Tony and his one man crew came when they said they would getting started at 7:30 a.m. They came on a Monday holiday when the stores were mostly closed. Tony had to run from my home to a city 50 miles away (100 miles round trip) to get the needed part. It is only a $100 repair but I paid extra for the prompt work done perfectly. HIRE THIS GUY!"

"Ken is a professional. He arrived on time for the estimate and began the work when he said he would. He power washed my house and sidewalk - which made it look wonderful!. The rotting wood on my shop turned into severe rot from wood ants. So the job expanded to replacing several 2X4 and the entire exterior. Ken repaired it all, rebuilt my exterior doors to the shop and the painting is excellent. On my home, there were spots that needed repair and Ken did that. I am very pleased with his work. Everyday the area was left neat. Ken and his crew are very friendly and polite. <br />"

"I call the provider on Wednesday he said he could come by and check the home that, afternoon. He sent a crew by at about 4:30 they took pictures. The provider called me back and said they could replace it on the next day. We got a heavy rain that night. His worker came by the next day and completed the job. After they finished the supervisor came by to check the work and told me not to give him the check until the next day he wanted to make sure the roof did not leak since we were expecting rain that evening. The roof did not leak. He was so good. I ask him to take a look at my dad's roof. My dad's roof had been leaking for about 4 months some guy he knew kept trying to repair it but, not able to stop the leaks. John went by that Tuesday and completed the repairs on Thursday.
